Miami Bins

I have visited this store multiple times, and unfortunately the experience is consistently disappointing. The customer service is often rude and unwelcoming, making shoppers feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. What is even more frustrating is that employees begin closing off bins and sections of the store around 6:00 PM, despite the store's posted closing time being 8:00 PM. If customers are allowed to enter and shop until 8:00 PM, they should have access to the merchandise until that time as well. Being told that bins are closed two hours before the store closes is misleading and unfair to customers who make the effort to visit. Management needs to address both the poor customer service and the practice of shutting down shopping areas well before closing time. Until then, I cannot recommend this location.

I went here with my dad after going to the other stores in the plaza, and it wasn't worth it. The employees were acting like we were breaking stuff, even though we were trying to look at shirts. Funny thing is, most of those items are already opened up and broken! We went to give it another shot, and we were displeased with it. I don't recommend this store to anyone, and I never will.

I have been to quite a few Hot Bins stores, the one is by far the worse. About 80% of the products are either open, broken or scattered throughout the store. Highly unorganized.

Would love to shop here on a regular basis but omg the heat and the line!!!!!! Seems like the A/C will never get fixed. As busy as this store is on a daily basis it makes no sense that there are only two cashiers. The cashiers that they do have look completely stressed. I would be too if it was only two of us and the line stays wrapped around the store. This last shopping experience has done it for me 20 minutes of shopping and an hour and a half wait in a sauna where no one says excuse me. No thank you!!!! Please return those 8 industrial fans, fix the air, and add a few more registers…. It’s ridiculous!

It's Crazy!!! But it's also worth it. Come early and get the deals in the bins now there's gonna be a real tight fit in order to move around but it's still good. Lots of used, new, and ok stuff can be found on the wall or bins. If you haven't tried it it's a must try for good finds and some not so good but still worth a try!!!
